Garry Zilm and Randy Goulden demonstrate the New Horizons Senior Citizens Centre’s new portable powered wheelchair lift on Monday afternoon at the centre. The device, purchased with a $5,000 grant from the Painted Hand Community Development Corporation, will improve accessibility to the centre for patrons unable to climb or descend stairs.
