It was an afternoon of celebration of the French language at Living Faith Chapel Friday as North Battleford celebrated the weekend of St. Jean Baptiste Day. The event was held June 22, two days before the official St. Jean Baptiste Day holiday which traditionally celebrates French culture in Canada. The festivities featured face painting and burger flipping, as well as musical entertainment. The night included a performance from EclepTrip, with violinist Daniel Gervais and guitarist Clinton Pelletier providing rousing musical numbers for those in attendance.
