The Cab Male Athlete of the month for February comes from the senior boys’ basketball team.  Nathan Ruff has played a crucial role on the team playing the most difficult position as point guard. He has received numerous game MVP shirts this year and led the team in assists. The senior boy’s basketball team competed in two tournaments in February finishing seventh and third. He’s logged an awful lot of minutes and is assigned to the other team’s top gun. The SHHS Saints athlete of the month is the team captain, Nathan Ruff. The Cab Clothing Female Athlete of the Month of February is a member of the senior girls’ basketball team. Emily Kruger is a true senior on the girl’s basketball team. She has developed into a strong presence in the middle of the key and has worked hard to learn this new position. She is one of the emotional and skilled leaders on the team and is the team captain. This season, she has scored over 50 points  and is often shooting around 40 per cent each game. Her defensive skills and toughness have made a strong force on defence. This CAB Female athlete of the month is Emily Kruger.
