This weekend’s 4-H Spring Steer & Heifer Show marked the 20th Annual at the Gallagher Centre and recognized as the largest show for 4-H beef in the province. 4-H members took part in three days of competitions and workshops allowing members a chance to learn more about livestock and their handling and hone their skills in the ring. Over 200 calves and over 30 clubs participate each year. Team Grooming, Judging, and Clipping Competitions, Seminars, Jackpot and Open Steer & Heifer Shows were all part of this three-day show.
