Students of the YRHS Alternative Education Classroom contributed $50 collected through a fundraising event.

Yail Harbor Inc. broke ground on its Pathway Homes project with a barbecue and path-laying ceremony on May 31 at the site of its upcoming housing development. The Pathway Homes project is a plan to build three triplexes to house some of Yail Harbor's mentally and physically disabled clients. Construction on the first of these buildings begins this spring. The event raised $5,650, including a $5,000 donation from a sponsor.
