In memory of Chase Kraynick

Rachel and Clint Kraynick from Canora Saskatchewan are turning a tragedy into a lasting memory for their son Chase. The Kraynick family has entered the Pay It Forward contest for the Aviva Community Fund in building a splash park in memory of their son Chase, who was tragically lost in a farming accident at the tender age of 6 in May 2011. Now, they need your help by putting in a vote for Chase on the  Aviva Community Fund voting page.

The Canora community has come together to commemorate the life of this special little boy, the Town of Canora has donated the land and pledged to maintain the splash park indefinitely, various trades people have pledged to donate their time and expertise in making this project come to reality. Canora is a smaller community and will need the help of its surrounding communities to win this project for Chase. Chase made a difference to everyone’s life he touched in his short years, now you can commemorate this little boys spirit of random acts of kindness by voting on this project through the website http://www.avivacommunityfund.org/ideas/acf13447.

The Aviva Community Fund is a way for Aviva to give back to the communities which they serve, citizens from around the country are asked to create a project and motivate their communities to vote.

Chase’s Splash Park project is currently in first place in the entire country but in order to stay in first place they need to continue to get the most votes.

Chase was a vibrant young boy who loved to play and believed whole heartily in paying it forward. He greatly believed in random acts of kindness. Mrs. Kraynick remembers how “he was always a great help around the house and on the farm”. Teachers loved him and class mates miss him, but they all know they are working together to bring a Splash Park to their community to continue Chase’s legacy of paying it forward. The Splash park has been designed to symbolize the very interests Chase had such as dinosaurs, farming and other various animals.

Talk to your friends, family and neighbours everyone can vote! Chase’s Splash Park is only a click away.
