Diane Lemon Synchronized Swim Invite

Yorkton synchronized swimmers took part in the Lemon Synchronized Swimming Invitation in Regina on February 2-3.

The Yorkton results for the event are as follows.

In the 10 and under provincial stream figures: Chloe Popoff finished first with a 50.998 score; Keauna Heimbecker had a 45.500 score.

In the 11-12 year-old provincial stream figures: Zoe Pfeifer had a 45.585 score.

The trio of Chole, Keuna, and Zoe placed first in their routine, capturing gold. They had a routine score of 40.679, combined figure score of 47.361, and a championship score of 44.020.

In the 13-15 year-old provincial stream figures: Jessica Lewthwaite placed first with a 58.500 score; Madison Neufeld placed second with a 56.667 score; Mikayla Madsen scored 52.585; Lexie Mireau scored 50.835; Mackenzie Dull scored 49.832

In the 16-18 year-old provincial stream figures: Mikayla Walker finished second with a 55.000 score.

The six-member team – consisting of Jessica, Madison, Mikayla M., Lexie, Mackenzie, and Mikayla W. – finished first, winning gold. They had a routine score of 55.862, combined figure score of 53.903, and a championship score of 54.883.

The team's next swim meet is the Sandy Roberts National Stream Provincials on March 2-3 at the Shaw Centre in Saskatoon.
