SALTCOATS - Childrens annual Palm Party planned

Saltcoats Museum gives a big “Thank You” to all volunteers who helped work at the St. Patrick’s Stew supper. The community support from all who attended is much appreciated. The Raffle of the homemade Rocking Horse was won by Louise Callin and the Elevator Decanter was won by Phyllis Kaeding.

Saltcoats United Church ecumenical Good Friday service March 29 is at 9:00 a.m. with the Easter Service on Sun., March 31 at 9:00 a.m.

Mark your calendars for the Sunday School program on Mother’s Day, May 12 at 2:00 p.m. with family fellowship time to follow.

A correction for Laketown Leaders Thurs., March 28 fun bingo: This is cancelled due to Holy Week.

The 2nd annual “Palm Party” for kiddies up to 12 years of age invites children accompanied by an adult to Saltcoats Anglican Church Sun., March 24 at 2:00 p.m. Craft supplies request pre-registration at 306-744-2216 for this time of snack, fun, story and song.

Note that Laketown Leaders Seniors Club monthly Pot Luck is Mon., April 15 at noon in the Stirling Room followed by the club’s Annual Meeting at 1:00 p.m.

St. Augustine’s Maundy Thursday service on March 28 is at 7:00 p.m. The Easter worship is Sun., March 31 at 9:00 a.m.
