Entrepreneurship 30 class students from Yorkton Regional High School gave brief presentations at a recent Yorkton Chamber of Commerce luncheon. Homestyle Hockey was one of the businesses launched by students which involved making furniture and other catchy products such as picture frames, tables, coat racks, and chairs out of broken hockey sticks. String Theory Home Decor was the second entrepreneurial group in this year's class, making decorative items out of string. Both groups gave quick overviews of the their efforts, as well as the value they saw in having an entrepreneurship class, and practical application learning through the business launch process.
