Zumbathon

There will be a Zumbathon held at the YRHS tomorrow (20th) from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

$10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students with all proceeds going to the Canadian Breast Cancer Society.

Wear pink to be entered for door prizes.

This is a come-and-go event.

Registration night

City wide registration is set for Wednesday, March 26 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the Gallagher Centre.

There will be booths set up for many summer activities that one can choose to participate in.

Benefit hockey game

The 28th Annual Student vs. Teacher benefit hockey game is set for Wednesday, April second at 7:30pm at the Farrell Agencies Arena.

All proceeds go to Paige-Lynn Banks and Kaleb Krakalovich, two young area residents who need help paying for medical expenses and surgery.

Terriers playoff

The next home playoff game for the Yorkton Terriers will be this Friday, March 21 when the Notre Dame Hounds visit the Farrell Agencies Arena for Game Five of the Best-of-Seven SJHL Playoff series.

Puck drop is set for 7:30p.m.

Softball practice

The Yorkton Softball Club is holding free practices for girls aged seven to seventeen for the next five weeks at the Gloria Hayden Centre.

Girls are asked to bring a glove, some running shoes and some water to the training sessions.
