JACK HAWKA

Jack Hawka beloved husband of Mrs. Iris Hawka of Yorkton. The family of Jack Hawka sadly announces his passing on March 18, 2014. Jack was predeceased by his parents David and Anna (Gullason) Hawka and his mother and father-in-law Peter and Mary Makowetski. He will be forever loved and missed by his wife, Iris; his daughter, Jacquie (Bob) Barton, his son, Sheldon (Gwendi); his grandsons, Cameron (Susan) Barton and Wade (Kelsey) Barton; his great-grandchildren Cole and Addison Barton; his sisters Allie Hawka and Bette (Barry) Johb. A complete obituary will appear in the Wednesday, April 9, 2014 edition. A prayer service followed by a visitation for family and friends will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014 from Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Yorkton. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 2:00p.m. from Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Yorkton. Interment will follow in the family plot in the Yorkton Memorial Gardens. Memorials in memory of Jack may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Holy Trinity Church Memorial Fund. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.baileysfuneralhome.com.
