KidSport Street Hockey

There will be a street hockey tournament held at the Kinsmen Arena parking lot this Saturday, May 3rd.

The event begins at 9:30am and ends at 5:00pm.

There will be a food and beer garden on site with all money raised going to Yorkton KidSport, a local children's charity that allows underpriviledged children participate in organized sports.

Learn to Run clinics

There will be a series of "Learn to Run" clinics held in the city beginning on Tuesday, May 6th.

The clinics are done weekly and begin at 5:45p.m. with half marathon clinics (for experienced runners) being held every Tuesday.

These clinics will start off in the YRHS parking lot and are free to attend, however participants do pay a registration fee for the Charity Road Race that takes place Sunday, August 17.

Canoe and Kayak Club

The Yorkton Canoe and Kayak Club are offering summer programs for the public this year.

The programs include Recreational and Competitive as well as War canoe, Dragon Boat and adult and youth learn-to-programs.
