SALTCOATS - Musical evening planned

Comments

Laketown Leaders thank all for the patronage at the “pie & coffee” sales during the garage sale! Plans are underway for season end supper. Throughout July and August there will be coffee on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Card playing continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

Saltcoats Anglican church hosed its annual public service gratis “Street Party” on Sun., June 8.

Mary Sharkey recently visited with grandson and wife, Michael and Pam Roberts of Swift Current. Mary also stayed a few days in Regina with daughter and son in law, Bernice and Dwayne Heibert. She took in a Charlie Pride concert as well.

The beautification committee have been hard at work around town. Call 306-744-2969 if you could volunteer some help. Remember July 26 for the Come ‘N’ Go Garden Party, 1-4 p.m.

Mark your calendar for the monthly Musical Evening, Wed., June 25 at 7:00 p.m. The guest will be Cathy Wilson.

Greetings from all Laketown Leaders to any who are grieving or ill.
