Ice storm blackouts lead to carbon monoxide concerns

Toronto is seeing a rise in carbon monoxide calls as residents try to keep warm in the face of ice storm power outages. The city's deputy fire chief is urging caution when using heaters or barbecues in enclosed spaces.
