Rwandan genocide remembered on Parliament Hill

Members of the Rwandan-Canadian community commemorated the 20th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, which claimed the lives of an estimated 800,000 ethnic Tutsis. One survivor says it seems like the horrific events happened "yesterday."
