Brittany Villeneuve of Yorkton, beloved daughter of D'Arcy and Cheryl Villeneuve entered eternal life on May 14, 2013 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina. She was 23 years of age. Brittany Layne Villeneuve was born on April 13, 1990 to D'Arcy and Cheryl (nee Moroz) Villeneuve. She attended St. Alphonsus and St. Paul's elementary schools. She completed her education at Sacred Heart High School, graduating in 2008. During her school years, Brittany soon became known as the kindest and most loving friend that anyone could have. Everyone who came to know her had a special place in her heart. By the age of nine she joined the Willowbrook Veselka Dance Club and danced her heart out for 14 years. Veselka soon became a part of her family. She also danced with the Wishart Hopak Dancers and the Riding Cossacks from Dauphin. Brittany was very ambitious and following high school worked at Harvest Meats, Stitches Clothing, Audio Warehouse and Holly's Night Club. At every job she gained many friendships. At the end of her college year Brittany moved home to support her brother Zachary who was diagnosed with cancer. She returned to a previous job and helped her family through a difficult time. On August 16, 2012 Brittany received the news that she also had cancer. Her courageous journey began. Brittany loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and horseback riding with her family. She was meticulous when it came to organizing events and did things with her whole heart. Her smile lit up every room she walked into. Brittany's best friends in the world were her sisters, Kayla and Lindsay. She also had a special place in her heart for her niece Kaybree who loved her Auntie Brittany dearly. Brittany's journey continued as she became one of the most special angels heaven will ever know. Brittany will remain in all of our hearts forever.
