The Yorkton Gun Club’s 38th annual Gun & Collectable Show took place last weekend from Feb. 25-26 at the Yorkton Agripavilion.

Dozens of booths were set up showcasing just about everything, from hunting guns and knives, to ammo, to collectables such as coins and trinkets, and everything in between.

Crowds flooded the Agripavilion both days to take advantage of the variety of booths. One vendor, Syd McKay, came from The Pas, MB to sell his home-made hunting and kitchen knives. His business is called Opasquia Custom Knives. He said he’s been making knives for nearly 25 years, and each custom knife (such as the one pictured)  takes him around 15 hours to delicately make.
