Kopelchuk family attend Hereford Bonanza

PK Herefords of Canora were well-represented at the recent 2019 National Junior Hereford Show.

Also known as Bonanza, the event was held July 30 to Aug. 3, in Weyburn, and three members of the Kopelchuk family took part;Codee 12, Jessee 10, Kenzee 6.

The young trio took three heifers to the show which featured 28- Hereford cattle exhibited 180 youth from across Canada.

The highlight of the event was a top-two class finish for both Jessee and Kenzee Kopelchuk which had their heifers advance to the championship round in showmanship. The show judge was Robin Hogberg of Langenburg.

Clint and Meridee Kopelchuk are the parents of the young exhibitors.
