Pancake supper

Shrove Tuesday was marked March 5, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Yorkton with a pancake supper. Shrove Tuesday is the day in February or March immediately precedingAsh Wednesday (the first day of Lent), which is celebrated in some countries by consuming pancakes. The exact day is determined by Easter. Shrove Tuesday is observed by many Christians, including Anglicans, Lutherans, Methodists and Roman Catholics.
