Visiting Gerald and Darlene Burman were her sister Mildred Miller and her son Barry and wife Laura from Mission, BC. Charlie and Penny LaRocque of Brandon, MB also visited them this past weekend.
Vince and Val Herron of Innisfail, AB spent a week with their parents Dave and Gloria Herron. Shirley and Tyson Herron of Regina was here too.
Margaret Nicholson and her daughter Kendra flew to Calgary to attend her niece’s wedding this past weekend.

Sept. 11 at 11:00 a.m. – Joint Service at Langenburg for the Pastoral Charge. Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the “Tonkin” part of their church.
Sept. 18 at 9:30 a.m. - Service at Bredenbury for Bredenbury and Saltcoats.
Sept. 25 at 9:30 a.m – Service at Saltcoats for Bredenbury and Saltcoats. Dedication of their new church organ in memory of late Phyllis McCallum.
Sept. 29 – Official Church Board Meeting at Bredenbury for the Four Town Pastoral Charge at 7:30 p.m.
The Bredenbury Golf, Membership Tournament will be held Sept. 11. Watch for time for registration and supper.
On Sat., Aug. 13 Eva Knott and her daughter Gloria Hutchings travelled to Regina to attend the wedding of Eva’s grandson and Gloria’s son Ben Hutchings and Elane Therrien of Regina. There were six bridesmaids and six groomsmen. The flower girl was Callie Hutchings ( Ben’s niece) and ring bearer was Linkin Therrien (Bride’s nephew). The wedding party looked very nice. Friends and relatives from Bredenbury and Saltcoats also attended the wedding.
