Bredenbury Cougar Hockey Wind Up will be held at the Bredenbury Community Hall on Sat., April 30. Happy Hour 5:00 p.m. Supper 6:00 p.m. Dance 8:30 p.m. Tickets available at the door.

The Bredenbury United Church would like to thank everyone for the support given to the noon luncheons. Thanks to all who donated, worked, attended or helped in any way. This was our last luncheon until next fall.

Deepest Sympathy from the Town of Bredenbury and District in the passing of Dorothy Leppington formerly of Bredenbury. Funeral Services were held Thursday at 2 o’clock from the Knox United Church.

The Bredenbury Lions Club are planning a grand opening of the Spray Park and a Lions Picnic. They have temporarily scheduled it for June 7. Watch for newsletters and posters for more details.

Lions are also planning a Mother’s Day Brunch at the Busy Bees on  May 8.

The Town of Bredenbury have begun work on cleaning up the old school yard. They have removed several trees from the yard site. They are hoping to have it cleaned up for this coming summer.

The Town of Bredenbury & District would like to congratulate the four Lions of their club for 155 years of Community Service. Keith Thorsness & Joe Markusson each 45 years of service, Gladi Andrew 35 and Joe Andrew 30 years. Special thanks to Lions and the Lions Club for their active service in their local club.
