Couple attends 40th anniversary in MB

Gerald and Darlene Burman attended the 40th Anniversary of Charlie and Penny LaRocque of Brandon. They also spent a few days at Clear Lake on their way home with Darlene and Pat Roland and Penny and Charlie LaRocque.

Deepest sympathy from the community on the passing of Joan Anderson of Churchbridge. She belonged to the Bredenbury United Church and always enjoyed coming for coffee on Monday at the Busy Bees. She will be sadly missed.

Visiting Arnold and Sheila Vickers of Bredenbury were Paul and Mary Jean Hansen of Forest, ON. Alex and Sylvia Riddy called to visit them in Bredenbury.

Arnold’s cousins, Cliff and Mary Ann Parkinson of Saskatoon and Diane Thompson of Regina stopped for a visit with Arnold and Sheila.

Lori Kindrychuk of Saskatoon was visiting with her dad Peter Janett and other relatives and friends in Bredenbury.

Theresa Hoppe (Litzenberger) of Biggar, SK called to visit Louise McLachlan. She lived in the Chamber District, Bredenbury and Saltcoats while attending school. She spent time with other relatives and friends while here.

Murray, Twila, Dustin, Kayla, Harlee, Anilyn and Jenna Brears enjoyed their holiday in Calgary and Banff this past week taking in many events and sightseeing.

Carrie Lewchuk of Spokane, Washington was visiting her mother Irene Badowich and other family in Yorkton and area. Carrie and Stan were here to bring their daughter to Saskatoon for her third year of University. They also were in Canora visiting Stan’s family.

Visiting this past week with Louise McLachlan were Jim and Joan Warbeck of Oak Bank, MB and Barry and Bev Bradshaw of Spiritwood Acres, SK.
