May brings visitors back to town

Peggy and John Gill of Saskatoon were visiting their daughter Margaret and Fred Nicholson, granddaughter and great-granddaughter, Ed, Kendra and Abigail Patzwald of Churchbridge. While here they were able to celebrate their great-granddaughter Abigail’s birthday and watch her dance at Langenburg in the Leaps and Bounds Dance Recital.

Visiting Arnold and Sheila Vickers were her daughter Sandy and Kent Ritchie of Swift Current.

Several ladies attended the Bangor Ladies night out in Bangor. Theme of the night was the Medieval Times. Medieval food was served and great time was had. Good turn out with proceeds going to the Bangor Lodge.

United Church Services for May:

May 29th – Bredenbury 9:30 a.m. Confirmation Service.

The Bredenbury Golf Club held their meeting last week. They are hoping to get the course ready to use. There have been a few golfers out enjoying it already. Fees for this year will remain the same as last year.

Drop in Day - $10.

Fees payable at Town Office just for memberships until the box at Club House is ready.

Tournaments have been planned for the season.

Visiting Dave and Gloria Herron were Brian, Shirley and Tyson Herron of Regina. They were on their way to Winnipeg where Tyson will be playing hockey with the Junior Regina Pats in a tournament. While in Bredenbury he celebrated his birthday with Grandma and Grandpa and friends.
