Petting Zoo popular place for youngsters

With COVID-19 restrictions easing people are getting out and having some summer fun.

Friday, Yorkton’s Darcy Zaharia took the family to visit the petting zoo at Canora Beach on Good Spirit Lake.

The zoo, which offers visits by appointment only at this time, is home to a number of farm animals including goats, pot-bellied pigs, horses, and a llama.

Youngsters also have an opportunity to ride a horse.

The visits are by donation.
