The Yorkton Film Festival is proud to announce that it has opened its call for submissions for the 2015 festival. For the first time, YFF has teamed with Submittable to allow filmmakers to digitally submit their submissions to the festival.

"We've taken some tremendous steps preparing for this year's festival." said Executive Director Randy Goulden. "We're excited to be working with Submittable to allow filmmakers to digitally submit their films. We hope in the long run, it will help filmmakers from across Canada to more easily submit their materials to our festival."

In addition to this new submission process, YFF has also launched a completely revamped website. "As North America's longest running film festival, we've reached the age where we need little cosmetic touch ups now and then." joked Randy Goulden. "The new website is very stylish, very modern, and I think people are going to be impressed with the work that has been put into it."

YFF is also proud to announce the introduction of Super Early Bird pricing. From now until November 21, all regular submissions qualify for the $50 Super Early Bird entry fee; Student Productions can be submitted for $20 until December 19. Deadline for all submissions is midnight (CST) on January 31.
