Fall and winter means that people need something to do, a reason to get out of the house and enjoy what the city has to offer. City Wide Registation, happening on Sept. 4 at the Gallagher Centre Flexihall, gave community groups an opportunity to show what they're all about and sign people up for their programs.
The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
