A warehouse located on Smith St. is in the process of being torn down.
That warehouse was most recently in the news in June 2018, when it caught fire. While there were no injuries, there was a voluntary evacuation due to the level of smoke that the fire caused, which spread from Betts Ave. to Third Ave.
