When the weather heats up in the summer, hail becomes a definite possibility.
And, Thursday evening it hit the Langenburg area, with about half-an-inch of raining coming down on the at the Justin and Kristy Clay farm just east of the town on Highway #16.
Along with the rain came a quantity of hail, large enough that some area farm crops might have suffered some damage, although that will be something to be determined in the coming days.
