Yorkton Turning Point Program: HIV Testing Day event will be held Thursday.
The Turning Point Program is recognizing national HIV Testing Day with a testing event in Yorkton.
This year’s theme is ‘Know Your Status’.
One in five Canadians living with HIV are unaware that they have HIV. The only way to know if you are HIV-positive is to get tested – the sooner you know your status, the sooner you can be linked to care services.
The Turning Point Program will begin at 11 a.m. at the SIGN building - 109-345 Broadway Street West in the city.
