March for the missing and murdered

Last Thursday, hundreds of people took to the streets across Canada to raise awareness about and pay tribute to the countless missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls in the world. Yorkton participated in the Oct. 4 event. People walked down Broadway Street armed with flags and signs. Afterwards they enjoyed a meal and an open discussion.
