On 2019-08-22 at approx. 9:45 AM, a white Toyota 4 Runner with a Manitoba license plate was seen on James Ave in Yorkton, driven by a non-Caucasian male, and the passenger was non-Caucasian male with a ponytail, possibly east indian.
The Yorkton RCMP Detachment are attempting to identify this vehicle and its occupants in relation to a suspicious activity complaint.
