The Yorkton Brick Flour Mill Heritage Committee is holding the next in a series of Strategic Planning Sessions Thursday.
Entitled ‘Strategic Doing’ this session will be a process that works for groups, communities and individuals. The process starts by brainstorming all possible opportunities, then prioritize them and finally develop action steps for 30, 60 90 day intervals.
Each step has a Go/No Go component so that you are never left spinning your wheels or an opportunity that is unrealistic at this time.
The session will be headed by accredited Facilitator Cherylynn Walters, MBA.
