Grade 1 students from St. Paul’s School in the city distributed some special Valentine’s Friday.
The students walked to the offices of the General Alexander Ross branch of the Royal Canadian Legion to deliver Valentine cards to veterans, and to do some singing as well.
The activity was a first for the school said teacher Shari Bernauer.
“We wanted to spread some cheer around and give something back to the community,” she said.
