“The Lions contribute to the work of The Health Foundation every year,” said President Denny Vachon. “We think the work the foundation does to improve our local healthcare is important to the community, and it really compliments the work we do as Lions. We raise money to invest it back into the community to make Yorkton a better place to live and work and raise a family.”
“We are a service club, and we raise money to support good organizations and projects that make our area a better place to live. Better healthcare is important to everyone in this area, said Vachon.
“The Yorkton Lions have been very strong supporters of our work for many years. We hope other organizations and businesses will see what the Lions have done and make their own donation,” said Ross Fisher, Executive Director of The Health Foundation.
