On August 29, 2019 at 01:19 hours, two individuals stole wire out of a bin behind CK Electric in Yorkton, SK.
They were driving an older blue and grey van.
One male appears to be older with a goatee and the other is wearing a hoodie, unknown gender.
The person with the hoodie is wearing distinct shoes, the front of the shoe is white, back of the shoe is black and some red at the heel area.
