Mary Baylak (nee Penteluk), late of Yorkton, formerly of Foam Lake, passed away on January 3, 2018 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. She was 87 years of age. Mary was predeceased by her husband Orest in March of 2006; parents Mike and Lena Penteluk; brothers George and Steve. She is survived by son Cliff (Mary) and their sons Tim and Rick, daughter Pat "Trish" (Larry Koroluk) and her children Brennan Thompson and son Jakob, Brad Thompson (Kathy) and their daughters Alisha and Bailey and Brent Thompson (Guillermo). Mary is also survived by brothers Bill (Louise) and Nick (Effie); a sister Emily (Walter) Kolybaba and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Mary's request there will be a private family service. Mary will be laid to rest in the Foam Lake Cemetery beside her husband Orest. The cremation care was entrusted to Bailey's Funeral Home, Yorkton.
