Break and enter, theft in Leross, SK

Melville RCMP: Request to locate person(s) responsible

Melville RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in locating the person(s) responsible for the break-and-enter and theft from the Department of Highways in Leross, SK.

The incidents are believed to have occurred between 5 p.m. on July 17, 2019, to 6 a.m. on July 18, 2019.


The following items were stolen:


· Stihl chainsaw

· Yard machine lawn mower

· Stihl weed trimmer

· Husqvarna weed trimmer

· Black tool box with multiple tools


Police are asking the public to keep their eyes open for any suspicious activity in the community and to report criminal activity as soon as possible. Anyone with information is asked to contact Melville RCMP at 306-728-1700. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at
