It was a glimpse into the past of agriculture as a threshing demonstration was held at Rocanville recently.
The event was a timely one given that current farmers are now involved in their own harvest, albeit with decidedly different equipment than was used by volunteers at the threshing event.
The threshing was part of the Rocanville & District Museum's Annual Threshing Day which was hosted at the Rocanville & District Museum Sept. 14.
