Due to practitioner vacancies in the Foam Lake Primary Health Care Clinic, you may experience slightly longer waits for appointments as we continue to recruit practitioners to the area. These temporary vacancies may result in a reduced number of available appointments in the clinic. Recruitment for the vacancies is ongoing.
The physicians from Wynyard will continue to visit the community three times a week. We will also have some interim Nurse Practitioner coverage over the coming months.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) remains committed to providing a multi-disciplinary primary health care team to meet the needs of those we serve in the area. Please continue to call the clinic Monday – Friday at 306-272-3325 during office hours to book virtual or in person visits.
