The Estevan Bruins rolled in Yorkton last night, (Tuesday), for action against the Yorkton Hyundai Terriers.

The Terriers struck first in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League encounter when Jordan Guiney scored his first as a Terrier 4:58 into the game.

A goal by Troy Hamilton at 11:40 would tie the contest, sending the teams to the dressing rooms after 20-minutes deadlocked.

Things went the visitors way in the middle stanza as they scored a pair of unanswered goals, first by Isaiah Thomas and then one by Brady Nicholas to lead 3-1 through 40-minutes of action.

Guiney would be back in the mix in the third scoring a powerplay goal at 16:45 to cut the Briuns lead in half, but that was it for scoring on the night as Estevan got back on their bus with a 3-2 win.

Keenan Rancier was the winning netminder facing 34-shots in the Estevan net, while Philippe Bond took the loss for Yorkton facing 43-shots.
