The Yorkton Bantam ‘B’ Tournament is being held this weekend in city.
Action started Friday, with games over the weekend at both the Farrell Agencies Arena (FAA), and the Kinsmen Arena.
Saturday morning the Yorkton Traction Bantams were playing the Clavet Cougars.
The Traction Bantams were coming off a 7-4 win over the Foam Lake Flyers Friday when they hit the ice at the Kinsmen Arena at 9:45 a.m.
The teams were in a 2-2 tie in the second period when Yorkton This Week stopped by. Yorkton went on to win the game 4-2, which sent the team to one of the ‘A’ side semi-final games scheduled for the Farrell Agencies Arena Sunday morning.
