In the Pattison Conference of the Richardson Pioneer Fastball League the Rosebud Junior Royals defeated the more experienced Royals in a close battle Thursday night on RE/MAX Diamond in Wadena. Both teams scored 2 on the first, but Junior Royals pitchers Koby Faubert and Austin Paquachan held the Royals to 2 runs each. The Junior Royals picked up 4 in the top of 5 and held on for a 6-4 win.
